Yesterday, 15 May, died HIRH Archduke Rudolph at the age of 90.

Fifth son of the Blessed Emperor Karl, Knight of the Golden Fleece, Bailiff Grand Cross of Justice of the Constantinian Order. He is survived by his widow, Archduchess Anna Gabrielle, born Fürstin v. Wrede and the children of his first marriage to Xenia, Countess Tschernyschev-Besobrasow (who died in 1968), Archduchess Maria-Anna (Princess Peter Galitzine), Archduke Carl-Peter (married to Alexandra Fürstin v. Wrede), Archduke Simeon, Bailiff Grand Cross of Justice and Knight of San Gennaro (married to Princess Maria of the Two Sicilies), and the only daughter of his second marriage, Archduchess Catharine (married to Count Massimiliano Secco d’Aragona).
