HSH PRINCE ALBERT VON THURN UND TAXIS APPOINTED KNIGHT OF JUSTICE

HSH Albert II, 12th Prince von Thurn und Taxis, Prince zu Buchau, Prince von Krotoszyn, Duke zu Wörth u. Donaustauf, Princely Count (Gefürsteter Graf) zu Friedberg-Scheer, Count zu Valsássina, zu Marchtal and zu Neresheim, was appointed as a Kinght of Justice of the Order.

HSH Prince Albert von Thurn und Taxis

HSH was born in Regensburg, Bavaria, in 1983. He is son of the late Johannes, the 11th Prince and Maria Gloria, née Countess von Schönburg-Glauchau.

After his childhood in Regensburg, Prince Albert went to school in Rome and is currently studying business and theology at the University of Edinburgh. He is a keen hunter and a car racer. Prince Albert is now driving for Reiter Engineering. At the ADAC GT Masters 2007 at the Hockenheimring, he achieved second place with his Lamborghini and thus became German first runner up in his class.
