NEW APPOINTMENTS, ADMISSIONS AND PROMOTIONS (FEBRUARY 2005)

HRH the Grand Master has been pleased to appoint the long-serving President of the Italian Commission, His Excellency Count D. Enzo Capasso Torre, Count of the Pástene, to the position of President Emeritus of the Italian Commission.

HRH has appointed His Excellency Duke D. Diego Vargas Machuca, Marquess of S. Vincenzo, Count of Urgel, to the position of President of the Italian Commission, and Nobile Cavaliere Aubrey Westinghouse to the position of the Secretary-General of the Italian Commission.
