The Deputation regrets to announce the death at the age of seventy-five of H.E. Ambassador of Spain D. Luis Coronel de Palma, Marquess of Tejada, Bailiff Grand Cross of Justice and Member of the Deputation of the Constantinian Order, Knight of Saint Januarius, Grand Cross of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalem , Grand Cross of the Orders of Isabel the Catholic, of Military Merit, and of Civil Merit of Spain, Banda (Grand Cross) of the Aztec Eagle of Mexico, Grand Cross of Merit of the Italian Republic and Commander of the Legion of Honor, State Advocate, Numerary Academician of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation, former Governor of the Bank of Spain, of the Real Hermandad del Santo Cáliz de Valencia, de la Real Cofradia del Portillo de Zaragoza, Member of the Association of Hidalgos a fuero de España, in August 2000.

He leaves a widow, Doña María del Rosario Martínez-Agullo y Sanchis, Dame Grand Cross of Justice of the Constantinian Order, Dame Commander of the Holy Sepulcher, etc, three sons and two daughters.
