H.E. GÉRAUD, COMTE MICHEL DE PIERREDON, KNIGHT OF JUSTICE

We regret to announce the death of Géraud Comte Michel de Pierredon, Knight of Justice (admitted in 1970) has died on 26 November 2006.

Count Michel de Pierredon was a Bailiff Grand Cross of Honour and Devotion in Obedience of the Order of Malta, Ambassador of the Order and President of the Oeuvres Hospitalières of the SMOM for many year. He was also an historian of note, having published five volumes of history of the Order of Malta since the loss of Malta in 1798.
